Welcome
by Miracle Chasers on 10/06/10
First off, kudos and thanks to Summit Projects, Craig, Bart and everyone else for your fabulous work on this site...it far exceeds our wildest expectations. Actually, a thank you is a really great place to initiate this blog since a big part of writing The Miracle Chase was a way to give thanks for the miracles in our lives. What we've come to realize is that so much in this whole journey has been miraculous...every time we needed something important: a publisher, an editor, supporters, a web designer...we found just what we needed - when we needed it. We met people who shared their stories, who listened to ours, and who encouraged us along the way. We couldn't have come this far without all of you and you have our deepest thanks. With that, let the discussion begin...
Blaise Pascal was a mathematician and a philosopher...it's too bad he died in 1662, I would have loved to meet him. His insight that "...the heart has its reasons which the mind does not know" guided me early on in my miracle chase. I had to follow my instincts, all the while searching for a rationale of the miraculous that my brain would understand. This blog is a place where we hope intellect meets emotion, openly and with great conversation. I would love to hear your story...Joan
